Best Grade--missing paper

I have heard this so much over the years, and I've heard it said about every company out there. It really anagered me to hear that the actual grade a card would get could be influenced in that manner.

Basically, that the grade inches up as the volume and $$$ from a partiular dealer or individual goes up.

Very frustrating.
