A guy I knew named Andres owned his own person business. He was the owner and only employee, though he did have a company name. He invented and sold a computer telephone gadget. With the directions booklet to the gadget was a telephone help number to call if the buyer had questions. The number was his. A customer called for help and Andres gave the phone help needed. About a week later, the company got a letter from the customer to compliment the quality of the company's phone staff. |
