I have been reading this board for less than a year now, but the amount of knowledge I have gained is incredible. When I began asking questions and reading posts I was interested in the T213 sets and their origins and values, etc. Just the other day I spent 15 minutes explaining to a local seasoned collector about a card he had that he couldnt identify in his collection. I proudly went on to explain it was a T213, the Louisiana origins of the set, the types and so on. After about 10 minutes, I couldnt believe I was saying all this stuff and actually sounded like I knew my SH-T!!

What I am trying to say, which I am not sure is not said enough around here, is the overwhelming support and knowledge from the seasoned people on the board have made an indellible mark on those of us who stumbled into the hobby blindly or were just looking for some information. I for one am thankful for the knowledge and it has given me quite pleasure to pursue some of the cards in the T sets.

It was a neat moment and I thought I would share it.

I agree Rob. Although I haven't yet shown off any of my new found wisdom, I have felt good the few times I have been able to add a "new" fact or insight to the board's broad base. It is good when you can pay back a little, for what you take.
