Card Sizes

It's a crapshoot if a card measures slightly below accepted standards. Sometimes they grade it, other times they kick it back. And sometimes a card that is rejected for being too small can get resubmitted and come back the second time in a holder. At some level it's just a game of outmaneuvering the graders.
