I got the check in the mail...back from my bank after they took the funds out of my account. He STOPPED payment on it. Never called me. Never emailed me. AND he has my D304 in a 40 holder.....I would be cautious....and my 3rd email to him today is still unanswered. I will be contacting the authorities in the next few days. If any of you lawyers want to give me some advice I will take it. He has my card. I don't have his money....all I have is a check that says "STOP PAYMENT" on it....I sincerely hope there is a good explanation and I can come back on here and say it was a mixup or something....I guess I have done about 1500 or more card transactions and never had this happen so far....regards
