PSA slab problem

The Weaver was an auction lot I won in a Mastro auction. I don't know who sent it in for grading, or when, but it obviously left Mastro's in proper shape and then it bounced around during shipping. Mastro packs things in a very secure manner but no amount of protection can prevent slippage if the "coffin" if ill-designed. I liberated Buck from his tomb with no apparent damage.
