Trading questions

If you are trading, I'd think both of you should ship at the same time. If I was your counterparty, I'd be upset if you waited for my item to get to you before you ship. Wouldn't you be upset if you found out that your counterparty didn't ship his item until he received yours? Actually, if you both had the same attitude of waiting for the other's item before shipping - the trade would never actually happen.
