I saw these cards before they were sold and graded and they are VERY, VERY nice. They were owned by the same person, assembled and kept together raw as a set in toploaders for over 20 years. They were recently purchased as a raw set and then graded. No surprise they are now in a Mastro auction. I tried to buy the cards a few days before they were sold, and the owner insisted that they were not for sale, even when I made a strong offer. They are not trimmed and are some of the nicest I have ever seen. Oh well, I guess you can't buy 'em all. |
