I would hope that Mastro would have allowed the consignor sufficient time to contact their own attorney before simply handing the ball over to the estate's attorneys. How would they know whether someone in the family sold the ball in the past then lied about it being stolen. Just seems wrong to simply give it back to the estate without some legal review. |
