Without any kind of number, or team, or trademark, or anything it's kind of hard to say if this was from a set or cut from some kind of promotional item. Maybe just cut from some kind of box. I have seen items such as this (not this exact type) and they were not identifiable. Sometimes you just have to go with "cinderella" card. Cool item....or card
