most likely, you have two 3-way switches and one 4-way in between. the easiest way to do it is just replace the switch you take out with an exact replica and place the wires in the same place as the ones you remove to take out the old switch. Of course, it will be easy to spot the replica, especially by people on this forum. take the switch you remove to home depot and ask them to give you a match. |
