I have won three or four cards from him over the years as he does periodically offer some difficult types. A few years back I won an e107 but at that time his scans were much worse than they are now. Figuring I was going to spend quite a bit of money on the card, I emailed him with a slew of questions about the card, asking for better scans, any paper loss/back damage, creases, back caption etc.. His reply:
