Absolutely. However, the internet does provide more flexibility and those problems we encountered that night have been fixed. Every form of communication medium has those problems. I just feel the only way phone auctions can provide what most customers are looking for is if there is a call back service. In no way am I impuning Barry's auction, it's just my opinion.
