Touchy situation with a board member

My dealings Jorge Pelayo is one of several reasons why I don't buy/trade/sell or post here anymore as of about a month or so ago. The only reason I'm posting now is because I have had many issues with him and feel I have a right to post my opinion.


I've had a few dealings with Jorge in the past with multiple problems. I've had to go to ridiculous lengths to communicate with him about paying for cards. The first time (after a month of waiting) I tried to contact him repeatedly by email to no avail, regarding some Obaks he had purchased. I finally had to post on the board about the situation and he did respond with several excuses (His eyes being bigger then his wallet, was NOT one of the excuses he gave me privately, but did give to the board).

He burned me again with the same M.O. a couple of months ago. I complained to Leon about it and a week or so later Jorge finally replied with several excuses (work, blah, blah, blah). I told him at that time that I could no longer do business with him. The communication was poor, the wait time was too long, and frankly I didn't find him to be honest, at least with me.

While I hate to see anyone get banned and I'm all for getting along with everyone, Jorge has had issues with several board members and I think this was going on far longer then it should have. I'm not perfect, but I think most on the board would agree that I try to be a nice guy and I'm always willing to work things out if an issue pops up.

I think the punishment in this case is more than fair.
