I attended the opening and was really impressed with the material there. Great show design, fun stuff, a real window into what baseball and New York were like in the 1950s. A must-see, I'd say, with something for everyone. (Great NY Negro League stuff revolving around Jackie Robinson; amazing advertisements; Mays's silver slugger award, which was spectacular.) |
