When your loupe arrives, the other thing to look for is dots within the circle that contains the card number. Other than the numbers, the circle should be white without dots.

I bought some fakes a few years back, and Bob Lemke determined they were fake based on the dots in this area. He later wrote an article in SCD about these fakes, along with fake 1963 Bazookas that had all come from the same source.
