THey may have a long relationship with him. It may be part of a larger deal where he agreed to consign this card in order to make another deal happen. They may have given him the best deal for consignment. In the end, anyone who wants that card will bid on it regardless of who is auctioning it. It has been a known card in the hobby for years now. |
