Without referrence to any cards depicted in this thread, but have others noticed that both PSA and SGC seem to be much more tolerant on corners when grading N172s than with almost every other issue. Regularly I see cards graded 84/7 that would be 5s at best if they were T206s. I have also seen many 6's and 7's that have images that are so faded, one can hardly make them out. I think there need to be a serious rethinking of how to evaluate N172s by grading companies. |
