another Honus Wagner find

I was wondering that too Steve but my thinking was if you buy a house you buy its entire contents that are left once the previous owner moves out. The fact that he could help them out financially might be enough motivation for them to let him look but if someone came to my house claiming they have something valuable from when they were a kid and they want to tear up some floorboards,i dont know if id be too anxious to just let them in and tear away. Id take their number maybe and do it after they leave
