It's a one time fee and should allow you to bid in all their auctions. As long as you are a regular bidder in the future, Mastro will be happy to have you participate and receive complimentary catalogs for years to come.

I do not think there is a fee for bidding. I believe they charge for a catalog if you have never bid before. But it can always be viewed online. I could be wrong, but that was my impression.
