I don't know if any of them should be in but the one w/249 wins should not be IMHO (if I'm correct that it is Willis).

Actually, it's arguable that the three worst pitchers of the lot are all in the HOF. Marquard is surely "A" and Chesbro would be "G". If Marquard won 18 of 19 instead of 19 (or 20?) in a row he'd never have got in. Same for Chesbro if he won a game or two less in 1904. Willis must just have been a heckuva nice guy to have been voted in.
