I have pointed out repeatedly that you are flat out reckless to suggest the polygraph exam is the way to go here, you are irresponsible to come on here and suggest they are 99% or even 95% effective when you damn well know that's not true, that your backpedaled percentage appears to be made up, and whatever you think of yourself as a criminal lawyer, you just might not have all the flippin answers. Now if I have misread your remarks, I would ask others to point out where and how, for it seems to me that you're the one who spins and changes course. It would be nice in the court of public opinion? If Clemens takes and fails a poly, he's toast. Now let me ask again counselor, would you advise the client Clemens to take the poly, yes or no? Simple question. I'll let others take for themselves whether your answer is good advice. |
