Posted By: DDI agree with PC. Part of the problem would have to be the people who know they have been ripped off, but are trying to protect their "investment". Well, they can always trade them amongst each other. Figure the real value is 1/20th of a cent, same as a coupon. We're just marching on trying to stop anyone else from getting scammed.
