Many upscale law, doctor and accountant offices are in suites, so suite in an address shouldn't in and of itself be worrysome. Don't know that he's upscale, but M.D.'s address is Suite 106. In the floorspace sense, I think a suite means a large portion of an office building floor or otherwise a large office.
