I think that all of our correspondence with this jerk needs to be forwarded to the appropriate eBay watch dogs. I know a lot of people will say that eBay won't do anything; but I think, the whole $100 shipping thing; and then adding your actual experience, will get their attention, so hopefully this will not happen to any other collectors. Also, you must get a complete refund; it is an absolute moral imperative.
