A key legal point to remember for future scammer disputes and discussions is that the prosecuting lawyer in this case specifically classified this sale of incorrectly described memorabilia without refund as "theft." A second point is that the infamous "sold as is" disclaimer didn't deter the theft classification or prosecution. |
