World Series game, late '70s. Being at the game was cool enough, but what made it great was that we sat behind a guy who kept trying to negotiate with the vendors walking the aisles.
"$4 for popcorn? I'll give you a dollar." "I can't pay $6 for a beer. How about a discount ... $3?"
