Toiugh to tell from that photo, but I think it might be ok. I have seen that type of "R" many times on pieces authenticated by Spence, PSA and the like. The remainder of the letter formation and overall autograph look pretty good.

Is it in pencil or ink? It looks like pencil, but again it's hard to tell from the photo. Most forgers would probably use ink, as it would bring more money...
