dear james,
are you planning to keep the card for the next 10-15 years? is it a valuable card like a johnson/grover or a super SP that needs preservation urgently? i'd be more inclined to worry about fading on an OJ than a stain on a T222, but i haven't seen a photo of the t222 problem so maybe i don't know the severity. i don't soak...my position has always been i don't care if others do it, it's not the worst thing to do to a card. if you're honest just lmk when you sell me the card so i can make a choice to buy or not.
