Carter Hoffman statues always have Carter Hoffman original stamped on the bottom, while Anri's either have no stamping, or have a stamp that reads made in Italy. Carter Hoffmans are usually a little more ornately designed, better quality, and I think a little bigger

They both are marked Hoffman.

I realized what I thought was the eye is not the eye. I thought the part above the white (yellow) spot was the eye I think the eye is the triangle below it.
