Never met nor spoken with Mike before, so I�m not sticking up for him. And no, I have no idea what his intentions were, but given that this board is filled with people knowledgeable about the history of the game, I�m giving him the benefit of assuming it was a play on DiMaggio�s nickname and nothing more than that.
