It would appear to be an All star game program.
I would think you could pin down the year based on the listed roster. If you cross check whose in the program with one of the baseball reference site, you should be able to pin down the exact year. If I remember correctly this late, the first AS game was 1933. Hopes that helps, Mark Also...The branding of "All Star Game of the Century" might lead one to think that it was the first. I would think the first AS game would have a significant amount of hype to it like that.
