That price does seem high... especially given the condition. Perhaps a paper restorer can flatten it out and/or frame + mat it to look more acceptable. Despite the strong sig, I would not kick myself over this one. Another nicer Gehrig will come along at a more affordable price. Heritage is hardly the place for bargains.
As for me, I REALLY wanted that Matty Fan for a Fan. These things have dried up, big time. Price-wise, it quickly escaped my grasp, as did a bunch of other pretty cool stuff. Probably better for me to sit out a few anyway, so no remorse here... |
