Shop in New York
I had an off day in NYC a couple weeks ago and found this place:
Alex's MVP Cards 256 East 89th Street New York, NY 10128-4324 (212) 831-2273 I was staying at the Grand Hyatt (Grand Central Station) and this place was about a $12 cab ride. Nice guy and he actually had some older stuff, but no tobacco. He said he has more stuff at home and if you call ahead maybe he can bring it in. I bought a few '55 Topps All-American football cards and some cards for some oddball sets I'm doing - '64 Topps giants, Topps deckle, etc. Also snagged a fantastic Ted Williams store model bat from the '50s.
