I know SGC will re-evaluate the old to new crossovers in their slabs. My 2 that I have done, pre-war, both crossed over from SGC92 to SGC92......I have to believe the SGC 96 would at least get a 7 or better.....which would have only saved the buyer 20k..... and is probably chump change to the buyer if they are spending that coin on that card. regards
