I actually signed up with them to register as a bidder. Did that about 2-3 weeks ago. Then sent them an email asking if when I win an item and if I should get it authenticated by SGC or PSA and they tell me it's no good, would I get my money back.
2-3 weeks later, they have yet to reply. Now that's some Customer Service.
