Out of curiosity, what do other think of the following 2 similar situations, where an item is returned because of SNAD, but the seller did not mean to deceive. How would you leave feedback?
(1) Seller will only refund the selling price and not the original cost for seller to ship the card to you. (2) Seller will only refund the selling price after a 20% restocking fee and will also not refund the original shipping cost. In both cases, seller has in listing that they do not accept returns, and you prefer not to open an ebay case because of 50/50 chance of success. (eg., card in CSA holder) Last edited by glchen; 03-23-2011 at 02:46 PM. |
