Sounds like a bad case of "apathy" to me.
Luckily I have a wife that's not afraid to give me a much needed kick in the ass whenever I get too absorbed in my own "interests". It's spring, I would suggest going outdoors with your family whenever you have the chance. We hike and kayak quite a bit.........but still not nearly enough. For every time we go out there's probably 5 other times I make up an excuse or come up with a reason for not going out. We all have things we need to work on.
