I have a version of the top pennant with orange print on black felt. Mine is 1/2 size however. I would date this example to the 30s. Probably in the $200-300 range for the first two realisticly. The 50 pennant looks faded and he has them all tacked to the wall

so make sure the pin holes aren't excessively large and the tips aren't missing. That KILLS value.
