Rob, nice cabinet! If Pete Conway, which I believe it is, it dates to just before he was picked up by Detroit (8/5/1886). The comparison portrait you show of Pete with Detroit would date to either late 1886 or just before the start of 1887 season and was taken by Tomlinson Studio. I've never seen the full portrait you've posted, only the oval cutout found on the 1887 team's "Champions of the League" composite (attached below). Could you point me to the source for the full Conway portrait with Detroit? Thank You.
