I would like to note for the record I have not bought or pushed the prices in auctions for Cycle 460s in about a year and a half. Thanks to those that did sell or trade the Cycle 460s I did need. I am up to 86 but have definately got tougher to obtain because of these crazy prices.
As far as the Piedmont 42, I do think they are tougher but hte fact it is only a factory designation I think lessen their appeal, just like the SC 25s (are they really that much easier than Pied 42s?) Lee
