I like my pre-war cards presented in a black apron, I’ll never understand why PSA or CGC doesn’t offer that option. Aesthetically it is a far superior presentation for pre-war cards.

I do a lot of business on COMC and have sent in a number of cards to PSA, CGC, or SGC directly from COMC depending on price and what i consider their specialty. Yesterday i noticed a small announcement from COMC regarding the discontinuation of their relationship with SGC.
"At COMC, we’re always working to provide you with the best and most efficient ways to manage and enhance your collectibles. We want to inform you of a change regarding our SGC grading submission service.

Effective July 9th, 2025, COMC will no longer be accepting new group grading submissions for SGC.

This decision comes as SGC is discontinuing all discounted grading partnerships, including ours, and implementing changes to their submission policies and procedures. These adjustments make it no longer feasible for COMC to continue offering SGC group grading in a way that aligns with our commitment to providing value and convenience to our community.

We understand that some of you have utilized this service, and we appreciate your understanding as we adapt to these changes. If you have a SGC submission in progress, rest assured that the cards will be graded and returned to your COMC account as always. Our goal remains to simplify your collecting journey, and we are regularly evaluating options to bring you the best possible grading solutions for your cards. COMC continues to offer group grading submissions with PSA and CGC."

And of course i currently have 3 T207s submitted to SGC that i purchased on COMC that are 2 weeks behind their quoted turnaround dates.

I thought i would share with the community here.

Only 2 weeks? I'm on business day 45. Still waiting for grades to populate...

I do not vault my cards but just saw a thread on Blowout...https://www.blowoutforums.com/showthread.php?t=1615467

Not sure if this is due to a server glitch at Collectors, temporary as they make changes or by design to make SGC holders less favorable. If this is permanent, then that sort of invalidates Hoge's statement in which he said:
“Collectors would let customers determine SGC’s ultimate future by their submissions but that vintage grading would remain “a pillar” for SGC. “We’re committed to the SGC brand.”

Sort of like constructive discharge at your place of employment.
