OT: My Ebay Account Was Hijacked

Not sure how it happened or why because I never click on any links in those ebay spoof emails...So I'm left wondering how they got hold of my password?? I thought the email from ebay was a spoof so I ignored it...later I tried to log into my account and it wouldn't work so I had to change my password.
