1958 rookie cards of Shigeo Nagashima. Nagashima is the most beloved player from Japan ever. Japanese fans put him #1 over Sadaharu Oh. Here are 4 of his rookie cards with obvious condition issues. These are menkos.

Mike - yes, he is still alive. He is 73 years old. As for if he signs through the mail, I don't know. Sorry.
