Just picked up on eBay. Any ideas what this is? Date? Manufacturer? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This was a multi-sport set of 30 (13 are baseball players)sold in 5-piece hanger-packs. The Standard Catalog of Baseball Cards lists only the BBers.
