Legit Mark McGwire Game Used Bat???

Hi everybody!
I was hoping if anybody can give me any insight if this is a legit Mark McGwire game used bat. I was told it is, but I am not sure. Any opinions would be great! Thanks in advance.

Looks good to me, pine tar amount and placement. His best year is 98 ($1200-2000+ depending on use), so this 95 is maybe half that. Just a guesstimate.
