Need some help with late 1960's Golf Signatures

I came across this in a lot from a while back.This was on a program from a 1966 Thunderbird Tournament in Montclair Country Club in NJ. I was able to identify most of them, but still need a help with a few. It is always good to have a 2nd opinion. I have the participant list, if anyone needs a cheat sheet like I did. Please let me know if any scans need improvement.

Thanks for your help. You filled in a couple of blanks for me. Actually I thought #11 was Gary Player. Some of the sigs I saw are very similar. I decided to post the player list. The one I am having the most trouble with is #7. May not be the best scan.
