Minoso last hit and last game signed tickets
Minnie was coaching for the White Sox in 1976. Bill Veeck ever the showman talked him into playing at the end of the season. He managed to get a hit on 9/12/76 at 50 years of age. Then in 1980 Veeck again talked him into playing in his 5th decade at 54. No hits this time.
