| t206 yellow brown printing scrap other than Sweet Caporal backs

Merry X'mas everyone, A silly question, I know t206 yellow brown printing scrap can be found in Sweet Caporal backs, can they be found in other brand backs? Does SGC still grade them? |

The majority are Sweet Caporal backs but they are found on other backs. Here's one (not my card) Blackburne.jpg |

Nice Jay! Pat is right there are many scraps with only the black/brown/yellow layers with other backs. The term yellow/browns I believe refers to the 33 known unique cards that come with SC backs. The Chase dark cap should be out there to complete, IMO a full 34 sheet. The yellow browns do also have a red layer I was keeping track of examples, haven't added any in the last 5+ years.

Chris I'm not sure if this Doolan I have is the one in your montage or if it's a different one. Doolan YB.jpg |

Thx for all these info. So, those ones that found with Piedmont back aren't legit then? Or they aren't true black/brown/yellow scraps? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ULajRsd-4iU Do they come with Cycle and Old Mill back? I am a Cycle and Old Mill backs collector and would like to see whether I should expect finding b/b/y fronts with Cycle and Old Mill backs. |

Most of these scrap cards are found with Sweet Caporal 350-460 Factory #30 backs. However, my Doolan scrap card is a Sweet Caporal 350 back. TED Z T206 Reference . |

Here is a Piedmont Bradley I used to own. Like others, I agree that most are Sweet Cap, a few are Piedmont, and I have never seen any other back.
