Default Mike "King" Kelly Coin Box??

Hello everyone,

I found this on Facebook Marketplace and had to pick it up. At first, I thought it was an 1889 A35 Goodwin Round Album that had been glued to the top of the box but after further examination the Round Albums were quite a bit larger than the box I purchased. My question is "Has anyone seen anything like this before?" I assume this is a later reproduction of the card that has been glued to the top, but I can't find anything online about reproductions of the Albums.

Thanks!

I think it is an A35 that was cut to put there. Have never seen that.

Yes, A35s are large than this. The lid of the box is probably half the size of an A35.

Looks to me like someone printed out a scan and made this themselves. I.e., there may not have been an actual reprint issued.

If you take a loop to it you should be able to tell if it is a more recent printing vs an original lithograph type print
